Incase of any change in play date or time you can able to request for cancellation and you will get refund according the cancellation rule listed below in the table. For cancellation you have to login to Playr.in and click on Cancel button or you may contact venue or our support number.
In case if the vendor could not provide the venue due to some reason Playr will refund the booking amount to the Player within 4 Working days to the same Credit/ Debit/ Wallet they have chosen to book
The refunded amount will be revert back to the same bank account you have chosen during the booking process. It might take a maximum of 4 days to complete the process.
